Research Use Only. Every product sold by Coastline Bio Labs is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research or non-clinical research purposes by qualified professionals. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, biologics, or dietary supplements, are not manufactured under cGMP, and have not been evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory body for safety, efficacy, or any use in humans or animals.
No usage guidance provided. Coastline Bio Labs does not provide, and will not respond to requests for, dosing, reconstitution, administration, or handling instructions of any kind. Staff are not permitted to discuss human or animal use under any circumstances. Product listings contain identification and specification data only.
Buyer qualification. By purchasing, the buyer certifies they are at least 21 years old, are a genuine researcher, laboratory, or institution, and will use the product solely within a controlled research setting in compliance with all applicable laws. Orders may be refused or cancelled at our discretion if a buyer's stated purpose cannot be verified.
Payment & fulfillment. Orders are confirmed manually once payment is received and verified. Payment reference numbers must match the order number provided at checkout.

Information we collect. To verify research/buyer eligibility and process orders, we collect the information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, institution/organization (optional), and stated research use, plus account credentials if you create an account. Affiliate partners additionally provide a Zelle email for payouts. We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account details — payment is handled directly between you and us via Zelle.
How we use it. We use this information to verify buyer/researcher eligibility under our RUO policy, fulfill and ship orders, communicate about orders, administer the affiliate/referral program, and respond to inquiries. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Where it's stored. Our site and order data are hosted and processed using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Hosting). Your cart is stored locally in your browser. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Retention. We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, maintain business records, and meet any applicable legal or tax obligations.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. We will respond as promptly as we're able.
Security. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. This site is restricted to buyers 21 years of age or older and is not directed to anyone under that age.

Eligibility. By placing an order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old and a genuine researcher, laboratory, or institution purchasing solely for laboratory research use, consistent with our Compliance & RUO Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a buyer's stated purpose cannot be verified.
Products. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research or non-clinical research purposes. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, are not intended for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. We provide no dosing, reconstitution, administration, or handling guidance of any kind.
Pricing & order acceptance. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order is not accepted until we confirm it after payment is received and verified.
Payment. Payment is accepted via Zelle only. You are responsible for including the correct order reference number with your payment; we are not responsible for payments sent without a matching reference or to an incorrect recipient.
Shipping. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to the carrier once an order ships. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds & cancellations. Because payment is sent directly via Zelle, all sales are generally final. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement for a verified shipping error or a product that arrives damaged or mislabeled, if reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Limitation of liability. Products are provided "as is," with our sole assurance being the identity and purity stated on the applicable certificate of analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for any use or misuse of a product after delivery.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
